Elements:

  • "Ghost Kitchen" for food food entrepreneurs, a spruced-up entrance from Park Street and renovations to the market’s historic C-Shed (approximately $800,000 to be funded by the County; click to learn more)

  • New distribution warehouse for produce wholesalers (approximately $35 million to be funded by NYS; click to learn more)

  • Old “commission houses” to be renovated and leased to restaurants, bakeries and other food vendors + other renovations, collectively expected to cost $75 million to $100 million
